Conference materials, a continental breakfast, refreshments and buffet lunch are included in your registration fee for both days. Conference materials cannot be guaranteed if registration is received after the deadline or if full payment is not received.

Payment: Registration fee must be received prior to the conference. In certain situations, an attendee may pay the registration fee on the first day of the conference. However, unpaid registrants will not be permitted admission into the conference. Admission to the conference is afforded without regard to race, color, age, sex, religion, political affiliation, national origin or disability.

Continuing Education: This two-day conference is a DEP-approved water/wastewater training course. Pennsylvania-certified operators can earn up to 4 contact hours by attending. A continuing education form will be provided at the conference so that attendance can be verified. If you are a certifed operator and plan to pursue the contact hours, you will need to include your DEP Client ID number on your continuing education form. You can find your client ID number prominently displayed in blue ink on your PA certification pocket card. The number consists of 5 or 6 digits and contains no letters. Do not confuse this number with your operator certification number. Note: Class A, B and C wastewater operators need to complete 15 contact hours for the first renewal (3 years) and 30 for every renewal thereafter. Class D and E operators need 8 hours and 15 hours subsequently.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be received no later than Monday, September 17 for a refund to be issued. Substitutions (from the same organization/company) may be made at any time. However, we request notification prior to the conference for preparation of registration materials.
