OVERVIEW
3 Rivers Wet Weather is partially supported through federal
special appropriations grants funded through and administered by
EPA. Procurement activities of 3 Rivers Wet Weather, as a nonprofit
organization, are governed by the Code of Federal Regulation (CFR)
40CFR30.44. These procurement activities and guidelines are also
required of communities receiving 3RWW grants and their contractors
and consultants to be eligible for grant funding to count towards
the non-federal cost match. For communities and their contractors,
requirements are outlined in 40 CFR31.36.
