Stormwater Phase II Public Education Ad
In an effort to help Municipal Separate Storm System (MS4) communities
comply with their public education requirement for the U.S. EPA
Stormwater Phase II regulation, 3 Rivers Wet Weather developed
this stormwater education ad and placed it in the Pittsburgh Tribune
Review and the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette in both March 2005 and
March 2006.
The publication dates include:
Tribune Review-March 10, 2005, March 4, 2006 and March 10, 2007
Pittsburgh Post-Gazette-March 12, 2005, March, 6, 2006 and March
10, 2007
The PA Department of Environmental Protection approved the dates
(for both years) and the content of the ad as appropriate for
meeting the Stormwater Phase II public education requirement for
all Southwestern
PA MS4 permittees. MS4 permittees should report the publication
of this ad and submit it to DEP as part of their annual report
to meet their public education requirement.
