Project goal: To develop an equitable cost distribution agreement for the operation and management of a multi-municipal trunk sewer
Project Summary: The project will update a sewershed agreement to reflect current sewershed conditions and regulatory context in order to develop a cost allocation formula based on flow for sewer system improvements.
