Pine Hollow/Broadway Interceptor Project
Community Involved: Kennedy Township,
McKees Rocks, Stowe Township
Project Goal: To remove the Pine Hollow
Run stream flow from the combined sewer system.
Project Summary: The development of
an official Act 537 Sewage Facilities Plan for these communities.
The main focus of the project is the removal of the Pine Hollow
stream flow from the combined sewer system. The Pine Hollow Run
Drainage Task Force was created by these communities, and will
assist them in managing and administering the project.
Total Cost: $195,716
3 Rivers Wet Weather Grant Award: $107,644
Start Date: Spring 2003
Completion Date: Fall 2006
