Welcome to the 25th Anniversary 3 Rivers Wet Weather Sewer Conference Speaker Information page. 

Important speaker information:

By Monday, October 14:

• Please complete the online speaker release form and submit it to 3RWW. If you prefer, you may use the attached Word version of the release form to print, sign and return via email to tschubert@3rww.org.
  
  
• We request that you send an electronic PowerPoint file of your presentation to 3RWW preferably by email to tschubert@3rww.org or via an ftp site, such as Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.  Please note: As part of the conference materials, we provide attendees a link to pdf files of the conference presentations.  Each presentation pdf will be password-protected so your content cannot be copied without your express permission.  If you would like to bring paper handouts, we recommend you bring approximately 350 copies. 

We will load the PowerPoint file of your presentation onto a conference laptop to ensure a smooth transition between speakers.  Standard equipment will be provided for each presenter: an LCD projector and screen, a laptop computer, a lavaliere microphone, and a laser pointer. Please allow approximately 5 minutes at the end of your presentation for questions and answers. Please note:  If you have any special audio-visual needs, please contact Tracy Schubert to place your request.  Otherwise, we will assume the audio-visual equipment outlined above is sufficient for your presentation. 

If hotel accommodations are needed, please reserve your room(s) at the Hampton Inn (less than two miles from the Monroeville Convention Center) as they are offering a block of rooms at an affordable rate of $119/night. Call 412-380-4000 or reserve your room online. Be sure to mention the 3 Rivers Wet Weather Sewer Conference to receive the special room rate.

Please note:  You do not need to register as an attendee for the conference.  We have already registered you as a speaker, and we waive the $120 conference registration fee for all speakers.  You will be entitled to a buffet lunch on both days of the conference. However, all travel and lodging expenses are the responsibility of each speaker.
